Symbiostock just updated to 1.2. If he claims Trademark there are two versions called 1.2 now. Robin seems to be stubborn about changing the version numbers. A small thing, but it might bite him in the behind at some point. The trademark office will have no problems rejecting his request since 1.2 was developed by someone else. Same goes for version 1 and same goes for version 3. But I might be wrong as well. Just saying.
