I don`t get it. Why would anyone set up or move a internet based company to the USA? Too much trouble with all that withholding Tax, IRS form, Contributor p1551ng off paranoia BS. Neither do I buy that "US-customers" attracting thing. The US is just a small part even on SS for me nowadays.
