are weeks that i have problem with Alamy.........

Shutterstock is saying "no recent sales" although it does show the correct royalties in the dashboard.
Pond5 also "no recent sales", but again numbers are correct.

I do have recent sales at both agencies.

Shutterstock it's only showing last 7 days sales
We will check out Pond 5 for bugs

For the iphone version that i paid, istockphoto is not showing for a week now ! Can I fix it ? or your are fixing it with an update ?

iStock has updated their login page and we need to update the app to go through the new page. The update has been sent to Apple for approval and should be available in about a week, after it goes through their approval process.

The iStock login issue was fixed on both mobile and desktop app
Latest version of the desktop app it's much faster for big portfolios and now you can see progress when data it's fetched for the first time

We are now supporting Collections in our latest desktop application, try it out

Hi is the iPhone App still working?
Mine has not been reporting SS and Dreamtime for a month or so now.
Any updates in the pipeline?

SS and DT are fine on mine, but Alamy seems to be broken.

We don't know about any problems regarding Dreamstime or Shutterstock, there is a problem with Alamy because they changed the login page but it will be fixed soon in the coming update

SS and Dreamstime are working for me without problems. I only have sometimes problems with 123rf. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't work. But this problem seems to be a timeout-issue during connection not a problem of microstockr. Internet access varied often here. I live near a frontier.

We are trying to implement 123rf in the desktop version and for 3-4 days their website kept crashing, very embarrassing for such a big company, anyway the website it's old and 123rf it's not investing in infrastructure and this is causing the timeouts and delays and crashes for all of us. 

New update but now the app is very slow

We just tested the app on an iPhone 5 and it's working fine, maybe you can close the app from running apps and relaunch it again?

5S here and the app freezes. After that I need to close it and launch it again. With the previous version I could also switch faster between earnings modes. :/

Pond5 has stopped working for me after the site redesign. 
It logs in fine, but doesn't display any stats.
