Anyone else having issues uploading to BS?

I upload my image and ten nothing happens.  Nothing in the place to edit and submit.  I have not reached my limit of submissions based on approval rating.

I wish they would fix this. 

Yes, I have the same problem when uploading through the website.

On FTP they are uploaded but sometimes metadata goes Awol

Have the FTP problems been fixed, or still persist? I have been holding off waiting for it to fix

My last small batch still had about 30% "fail"

Same problem here. The upload seems to start normally, but then there's no new files in the 'Edit and submit' section...
I don't do Ftp because it doesn't associate the eps+jpg files. (I upload vector ilustration)

Anyone else still having this problem?  The upload is very slow and probably 1 or 2 images show up.

I have problems with the WEB Uploader too. It just stops.

With FTP the files will be uploaded, but I don't see them on the website.
Do I have to do something, to get those ftp files into the backend?

I have FTP issue.. already emailed the support team, but they take too much time to reply back.

I can't log in anymore, it says "Hey good looking, welcome to Bigstock" and then a window for re-entering my password.

Are they hacked or have they always used to greet every contributor with "Hey good looking?"

Not me ....more like "what you doing back again you old fart no sales to see ;-)" would be more appropriate. No problem with site for me

Try to enter the wrong password - they will call you good looking too (as long as they are in this flirting mood)

I am unable to login, even the reset password option is not working

The web upload has not worked for me for months...It can take an hour and what shows up is 1 image.

However -- FTP does work. I use Filezilla and the images show up quickly to edit and submit.  Fingers crossed this joy won't end too soon!

Did anyone got any reply from bigstock?

I just tried to upload via Filezilla and got 100% fail.

I have, through web, but I only upload 3-4 images at once. And when it's finished I upload next 3-4.

Opening this thread because I'm having pretty much all of these upload problems mentioned still. Anyone else? Filezilla used to work but it does only on and off.

same here FTP uploads are not going through, or at least some do then the conneciton fails - why is this happening - was there a response from BigStock about this?

Try using FireFTP instead of Filezilla.

Still having multiple problems uploading and finishing files via FTP and since they have the worst web loader in the business, I'm going to stop uploading for a while. Sales fell of the cliff late last year, so no big loss

The bridge to bigstock seems to be broken too.  Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Getting errors still including "Image Processing Errors" for some of the files that manage to upload via FTP.

Sales dropped for me massively too late last year - looks like something is going on with searches or client loss - shame as they were a resonable earner for me...
