After not getting any sales for a few days checked the site and have in fact had a few in one case a pleasant £6.44. Seems my email notification is not working...any one else? wonder if its to do with syncing with adobe. As far as I know  al my email notifications remain switched on.

My e-mail notifications are working. Only now, they come from "Adobe stock" not Fotolia. But at first I got e-mails in "Promotions" tab, maybe you should check there, (if you use gmail...).

Thanks the last email I got was from Fotolia checked my adobe preferences all OK ...nothing in spam (I use yahoo mail). Think I will wait to see if it sorts itself out....not high on my list of things to get stressed about ;-)

I have same problem. I sent them an email last week. The answer was:

Thank you for reporting this. We've notified our team and they are currently investigating. In the meantime, you can check the notifications from within your Fotolia page, which logs all communications sent to you, here: https://eu.fotolia.com/Member/Support. Apologies for the inconvenience.


Nothing change yet.

Thanks still happening.......currently Fotolia ahead of SS by 3 cents...the excitement is killing me!

My Fotolia email notifications stopped working for me on September 20th, 2016.

I still get sales, just no emails.

Weird, my Fotolia notifications stopped working a few months ago even though this option is switched on

Please make sure the email options you want are selected at both Fotolia and the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. If they are and you are still not getting the emails be sure to check your junk folder as they may be there.

If you have checked all of that and still can't get the emails, let me know your account via email and I'll ask the tech team to take a look.

Thanks for that I've checked and left a note for support

I no longer use Fotolia but Adobe. The e-mails come from AS.
May be test last use?
