LO was one of many sites that rejected my application to join on many occassions.

I am fortunate to have not spent hours and hours uploading.

I downloaded one from Perkmeup this week.  I know I paid for it and all, but it feels a little bit like a theft as he will most certainly never receive a cent for it.  (I guess though I'll use it sometime in my blog and not for a real client, so I shouldn't feel too guilty.)

They could have been kind enough to permit us to deactivate our entire portfolio from selling, so we stop to give away our work, as if it was not enough having lost our time there.

I'd like to personally thank everyone for all their hard work on LuckyOliver. Over the last couple weeks we've been busy trying to pull something together to keep the web site running. It's been a roller-coaster ride, but unfortunately nothing has been resolved (the response however has been incredible with over 30 legitimate requests). Time is not always your friend.

I'd personally liked to reassure all our wonderful Carnies that their requested payouts will be paid. We thank you again for the opportunity to serve such a creative community.

when will we get our money???

The site said we'll be paid sometime before before June 30.  Sure hope so...I have a $70 check coming. 

Another one bites the dust....

I am owed only a mere $9.30 from LO but still want my commissions
I emailed Brian (on the closing screen) and formally requested (AGAIN I might add) to be paid out my commissions.
No response of course, I have slim hopes (but some hope) to be getting a pay pal notice for my last few bucks from lo
I hope they Deleted everyones galleries and they do not show up somewhere some day like on a Chinese or Russian web site where they pay no attention to copyright laws

I was able to delete my gallery (at least to the best I could tell) one image at a time over a two week period when that * hamster was not on a break

I'm intrested if anyone gets paid out

They emailed me requesting that I fill out and return a 1099.   I've got $78 bucks coming.  I would assume since they wanted the tax form that they intend to pay.  But I was also told not to expect it until the end of June.  =tom
