uploading no problem, but submitting takes soooooo long

Yeah, finally took Bigstock out of my upload queue. Sales have fallen to a third of what they were last summer and the upload process is so buggy, it takes longer than the rest of my sites put together. Support pretty much non-existent there anymore. Trouble > Worth.  Let me know if anything changes

Many thanks for the heads up on that - I hadn't noticed. Nothing (of mine) approved since around December 15 has made it over to Bigstock. I've started a thread on the SS forum about it but, so far, no response from them. Probaly I'll end up having to contact support but I'm guessing (hoping) that they are aware of the problem.

Minus a couple hiccups it has worked just fine over the years.
Support says they are aware and working on it.

Just to bump this has anyone been able to upload anything to Bigstock? It's been over a month now and no sign of a fix on Firefox or Google Chrome

Correction I dug out Internet Explorer which I haven't used in years and uploading works on that.

Mine has not worked in over a month.  Have written support many, many times and they have not done anything  and don't really care.  Awful business!!

Now Internet Explorer no longer works I guess they no longer want images.

Ah who cares another year of SS/iS/BS cock ups and there'll be no stock industry
they are all doing their best to wreck it.
