Found a site taking my image

https://www.inbestme.com/ is using a photo of mine, and I wouldn't be surprised if MOST of their images are stolen.

I don't speak the language but with translation it appears they are an investment firm? Their FB/Twitter/LinkedIn presence is very small so that's a bit hard to see if they are even a "real" company.

I tried with Pixsy, but they rejected it due to an unsupported country. What could/should I do? It's just a single image. I happen to care more as it's an image of ME.
(this photo is available for sale, but has never been sold)

There's always the chance that the image may have sold through one of the partner sites of the stock agency / agencies that you contribute to. With iStockphoto, most of my sales are through iStock's partner sites and I'm never informed which images are sold (except for the ones that sell through the main site.)

With this specific photo, it was not actually uploaded to any microstock sites. And I know it didn't sell. Oh, and the watermark is still on it... :)

Whose watermark is it?  Is it a stock site?  If it is, contact them and see if they'll pursue the misuse of your image.  If they took it from a gallery site like Flickr, you'll probably have to contact the Spanish firm.  I don't know if there's a European equivalent of the US DMCA to request the image be taken down.  You'll have to do some research.

If it's never uploaded, where did they get it? What's the watermark? I can't see any watermark images there.

Is it picture of inside of a cave or the one of the body of water looking at the cave (canyon)?

unnonimus

the physical server is in the netherlands:

AS60781 LEASEWEB-NL Netherlands, NL (registered May 13, 2013)

check the procedure in the netherlands for copyright notics. folloow the procedure for European Electronic Commerce Directive Article 14, which is the EU DMCA. it will tell you what to do, and there will probably be penalties for him if he does not comply

I can't find the image you're talking about.

I feel like I just got suckered into examining a site I would otherwise never look at.
