Can someone explain this part from the permitted uses of their extended license:

prints, posters (i.e. a hardcopy) and other reproductions for personal or promotional purposes, resale, license or other distribution;

What does resale mean in this case?

The way I understand it within the context of the entire link is that posters with your images can be sold by whoever bought the EL as printed images. Not digital copies. It's pretty standard.
