I can see I have had new sales from the map but my balance is now showing as 0 which it is not at all.

Nowadays, it is happening too frequently.
If anyone here from SS seeing the forum then please stop making changes, do the test offline before making it live, its crashing up the whole system.
You will loose your customers as buyer do have deadlines and they'll be screwed.

looks to be back on line now- both contributor and buyer sides working...
