Today I try upload 5 of my unsold vector from shutterstock, In few hours they decline all because almost of "Unclear Copyright" Reason. Reason of my uploaded at pixabay, I want to know response, because there are many vector image over there (Low quality) downloaded a thousand time (I Know this site are free to download).

They are waiting for my answer if this is true of my own image...

Hello Bereng

Thank you for contributing your outstanding images! They look quite professional. To be safe, we would like to ask for a short and informal confirmation of your copyrights.

Please be aware that uploaded images may not contain any parts of protected works. Even if you purchased images somewhere else, you may not upload them under Creative Commons CC0 - not even individual elements of them. Also, please do not upload any images from external sources, because the risk of a copyright infringement is generally too high and cannot be assessed by us.

Thanks for your understanding!

Don't upload your stuff to Pixabay.

Lots of downloads from there doesn't mean an image is good, it means it is free, and people will download stuff they don't even want because it's free.

I assume Pixabay checks the images by doing a reverse image search on the web, and they found your images on Shutterstock. So they want to make sure they're really yours, after all your images are also on a professional stock website. I don't know if you use the same name on Shutterstock and on Pixabay, but just let them know that these are definitely your images and that you had also uploaded them to Shutterstock... should be fine :)

no wonder they got suspicious. See it as a positive thing that they check their images for copyright issues. Just reply to the email and explain the situation to them, and ask which kind of proof they need from you.

Why would you upload your vectors to a free site when you can make money from them? Just because they haven't sold yet doesn't mean they never will. Please don't encourage free sites.
