The design of the banner


is the same as the tech lightbox (and probably all future lightboxes - at least for a while)  feel free to create a new suggestion for a banner if you think it sux.

You should delete my image number 4258148 from the sun, summer... lightbox it was for the technology lighbox but i did it wrong.

I tried  to add some pics (with the banner) to the transport lightbox with the new module  but apparently it takes only summer,sun,sand...
I tried with both IE and firefox
Does the banner takes 24 hours to appear on IS?

are you sure you added the right banner?

can you link me the istock images so i can look?

The banner should appear on your image as soon as you have it edited.  The image might take a day to appear in the lightbox though.

how much time take the new images to appear in the lightbox?

My bad... I made a mistake with the number . Works perfectly now thanks for implementing that !

yeah, you can add images to whatever lightbox you want.

can we put the same picture in two different lighbox
5 is always the limit/lightbox

yes, you can put one image in more than one lightbox.

yes, 5 is the maximum amount of images per lightbox per person

I wonder if we are getting less participation due to this thread not being constantly bumped with people adding their images.

I put the 'istock lightboxes' in the top corner - hopefully that helps. 

Its probably due to all the older lightbox threads getting resurrected. The new stuff is getting lost in the older ones started last year. 

I think once the dust settles a bit, participation will get back to normal.

Do this lightbox is about summer sun and sand OR about sun and sand during summer? Because I have water splash images LOL

I was just looking for a quick way for to look at the lightboxes - not just submitting to them. Prominent links could be combined with the submission interface. I found the quick submit in the top left corner but since there are no PICTURE to draw attention to it, it might get overlooked.

yeah, you might be right.  it would be nice to have all the links to the lightboxes somewhere handy, just not sure where that is.

However, I have changed it now so that when you go to the 'lightbox area'.. this page

you will see links to all the lightboxes.  Hopefully that helps.

What about a little link behind the submit button in the istock lightboxes square (up and left)?

This is a super-easy way to add images to the lightboxes - way to go, leaf!

I added an image to this lightbox (I believe) yet when I look at the lightbox, I don't see my image.  Does it take awhile to show?

Yes, images added to lightboxes take a day or so to show up.
