Just posted a few minutes before you.  I went from 4000+ to 31.  I looked on the Shutterstock forum.  Others are having a problem too.  No news from Shutterstock though

Its ironical that the end of the week is here when they don't respond to anyone... another 3 days of "fixed search".

I've had a weird lack of sales today but my portfolio is there now - maybe it wasn't earlier.

Call MI-5 and report the disappearance is over. Notify the NSA you haven't been removed by a covert action. Phone SVR to tell them we are all safe from attack. The website was just down for almost an hour.
