Hello - is anyone else having issues uploading to Shutterstock? I am getting error 530 login incorrect, however Stocksubmitter has updated the sales balance correctly so it has been able to log in to Shutterstock during this session.

I thought it might be intermittent issues at Shutterstock's end so I've been trying since yesterday evening but still no luck.

** Edited to add - my apologies, it looks as if the problem is nothing to do with Stocksubmitter - I can't log in using an FTP client either

Sometimes their FTP server is just not working, returning that error while the credentials are correct.
