I have contributer for a few years and have >100 sales

But i have never had a enhanced sale.

How rare are they? And when was your first enhanced sale?

Seem almost non-existent these days. Funnily enough I had one very early on about 3% of earnings

They should change the name to UL = Unicorn License

I got a total of 3 sales, ranging between $15 and $20 each. Pretty low volume, interesting RPD, but I got way bigger amounts in the column single and others.

In all my life I have had 25440 downloads, 43 of these sales being enhanced license.
In recent years they are rare, but last month I had 5, a big surprise :-)
Honestly the SS are for me, far above all agencies, at all, signatures, videos, enhanced license ...
When I see the ranking, in my case the SS would be 3 to 4 times over the second.

I think it was last month I got one I thought they had become extinct ...perhaps making a comeback !

Used to get them, got one a couple of months ago, but they are pretty rare now. Especially since SS has allowed theft through holes in their software and most of my (our?) images are being given away on the free sites.

I had 3 Enhanced sales last year, so far 1 this year.

They are rare nowadays.

About a dozen this year so far... no where near as many as you used to get. Prices varied from $15 up to £34most were over $25

Just like regular downloads they seem to rare. 

After i read this topic, it is realistic not expect enhanced sales before you had 1000 downloads.

Out of 15000+ downloads only 4 of mine were Enhanced sales, revenue ranging 19-28$. Seems very rare to me, but maybe also because I'm doing only vectors and there's not much demand in the field for Enhanced licenses.

I've had 2 this year so far, around 20$ each. Never had them before.

I get an EL about one time for every 200 sales.

I haven't had an Enhanced sale since 2014.
My best sales have come from the – Single and other – category.

Used to be about 2-3 every week now its about 2 a month. I think there are still plenty of EL sales across the site, but its simply down to quality content growth exceeding EL demand. There is an ever increasing number great photographers submitting quality content than there used to be.

Very rare.

They changed the number of uses allowed before you needed to buy an EL. Since then, almost non-existent. Good for the buyer. Good for Shutterstock. Bad for the Photographer.

I had only one in 2019.

Enhanced sales represents 1.9% of my whole incoming 

They used to be once about every 300-500 sales.  Not sure about lately but possibly less often than that.

Got 1 this May

had 3 this year for $20+ w about 1200 DL  -- used to be 2-4 / mo for $20-50

I went back and checked and have had two so far this year for about $30 each.  About the same frequency as in the past.

My first EL was in November 2010 after 280 downloads.
This year I have had seven from less than 200 downloads.
I think more ELs are sold via the Enterprise team these days so they will be reported as SODs.
