Now that I have your attention I can let you know that I am in fact a "douche bag".  Well at least that's what someone thinks.

I think such use is a bit borderline, to say the least. I have no time to look the Dt TOS up at the moment but I think there will be a paragraph against "putting the model in a bad light" SY

LOL  Well, you could always look on the bright side.....it could have been worse.  Your picture could have been used for an article on STD's, (Sexually transmitted deases) and the caption under your picture would say something like, this guy just might give his date more then just roses tonight.  LOL

Yes.  However the article is encouraging you to be a douche bag so it's ok. 

This is exactly why I think that selling people's images as RF micro is not such a great idea... The licence agreement becomes useless and trying to police these (and worst) uses is impossible.
