It looks as though SS has removed the forum. If it were a bug even SS would have probably managed to have let us know by now.
Although I'm not surprised considering how badly they have treated contributors over the new rates it does show utter disregard for us.  I wonder how they expect people to keep uploading or reactivate their portfolios with this kind of treatment. 
A complete absence of communication about it.  The least they could have done is to let us know what's going on to save people the trouble of trying to post.

If shutterstock have deactivated the forum in this manner, it really displays what a tantrum they are throwing.

I think that after the percentage reduction they got such a kicking in the press, utube, Facebook, and various forums that they decided to prevent the latest news announced yesterday coming under any negative scrutiny on their home turf. For those of you unaware - the latest news

The forum link in the dashboard is still visible and active. I can read all the posts. But I can't reply to anything. As mentioned, the reply box is there, but you can't type in it. Frankly, I'm not surprised, but it's not going to deter people. We will find a way to keep getting the message out.

They have put the whole lot of us in the naughty corner. Saves them time. If they don't have a forum to monitor they have more time to spend their excessive profits.

The fact the forum is indexed by google maybe upsetting them as its indexing and caching all the negative comments.  Maybe someone has decided they need to hide this to try to protect an image to customers.
