I uninstalled and reinstalled, but still the same message, see photo attached.
I never had this problem before

Please set permissions to Full Access for the Users group to the folders with your files.

To do it correctly, please go to the properties of the folder in question, open the Security tab, click "Edit", find the "Users" group there and click on the "Full Access" checkbox, then save it.
If the "Users" group isn't there please add it.

There was a maintenance on one of our servers for 2 hours, should be fine now

Today can't get in - unknown error #-1

and on the M+ website - Error 500 Internal Server Error.

So a tad fubar today.

There were technical issues on our hosting provider side.
Should have been fixed already.
