It look like Pond5 is not beter then Shutterstock for the commissions you get.

P5 does fk you the the ash with some of these sales. I just got a 4k sale yesterday and made $1.17. Disgusting.

I keep saying, we all tend to look at Pond5 as a safe haven when running away from SS, but it's like jumping out of the frying pan into the fire.

Unless the coalition can somehow negotiate costs so this doesn't happen, I agree. I will wait and see if that happens before spending more time uploading my stuff. Not like I'm missing out on tons of money anyway. There isn't any point for them to advertise "set your own price", if they price match everything anyway.

As I understand it, you can opt out of partner sales. Also, I think P5 reserves the right to price match if the same clip is available elsewhere. In the cases mentioned above, is the clip available elsewhere (like SS)? And is the partner program turned off in your profile?
