For the past two days the 123rf site is completely disconfigured for me. Including the buyer side. Is the same happening to you?

Looks like their 'race to the bottom' strategy isn't working out

MicroVet

When I say disconfigured I mean what it's seen in the attached image. Completely unusable. Am I the only one seeing this?

This means nothing.
If you visit a website it will load a style.css file in the cache of your browser.
If your connection failed for a moment or the style.css wasn`t available for just one moment it will lead to this problem.
Reload the site. If 123rf has seperate caching "ExpiresByType" you have to wait until it expires or go into the settings of your browser and delete cached files.

For the moment it seems that the site is back online.

As for your explanation, I tried to open the site in other browsers I never used to visit 123rf and the same happened on them. Even cleared the cache, etc in the regular browser too. Unless they share the same cache or resources, which i doubt, I think the problem is different.

Maybe some of the tumbleweed blew into their servers

Just looking today, this could explain low sales?

123rf.com is DOWN for everyone.
It is not just you. The server is not responding...

Seems like a reoccurring problem.

Interesting - the site's been working fine for me and they are reviewing pretty regularly.

On an even more interesting note is that in the Tax Center there is now a 2020 Earning Payout Statement ready to download.
Not a 1099 just a statement, more than they did last year.

Haven't uploaded in a few days, but their sales for me are down over 50% including two zero dl days, unheard of for me. Must be reporting is broken or the site has been down for buyers too! An unpleasant suprise when I did my monthly stats today.

It looks like my image was just processing - for at least 5 hours (after I went to sleep), and it is processed now. Sales are bad for me too, I don't think they'll stick around much. Very sad where all this (microstock) is going. If it wasn't for Adobe and Canva, I would just abandon it.  :-[

Nope no problems uploading at all, I closed my account there 9 years ago.  ;D

For me 123rs is doing better than Dreamstime and depositphotos combined.

It's Groundhog Day and I see the repeating story from 123RF year after year?  ;D

I thought I was giving a literal answer. I have no problems uploading to them? Of course maybe I'm missing out?

My more relevant question, not especially directed at you, but everyone reading this thread and the problems with 123RF for years. The site being broken, reviews that take until you beg and complain. Slow payments or no payments.

Why would anyone want to upload anything to them? Aren't there better places to try to sell your work, for better rewards for the effort, and agencies that are more responsive.

Might be the answer was here, before I asked.

As for the payments, I always got paid, since I'm with them, no problems. Reviews do take long time, but I just upload and forget,

Seriously, I am glad that some people are happy with them and finding it a good agency.

I just see so many odd issues, with the website, it makes me wonder what's going on there.

I dumped them when they decided 21.6 cents was a good return.

However since the debacle at shitterstock and their 10 cent returns 21 cents seems like a fortune  ;D

Very unpopular opinion I know but I never had a problem with their payment structure, they always paid me 50% plus on credit sales and 30 some cents on subscription sales. Actually obtainable rolling higher tiers with no BS reset.

Basically what Shutterstock's new payment structure would look like if they weren't a bunch of sociopaths.

Very disappointed that something catastrophic seems to have happened to January sales.

EDIT: Okay something weird is going on, some sales are still trickling in for the days that were zero days, so hopefully total will continue to increase for January over the next few days?

H2O

Sales are down dramatically on last year, some days no sales at all, which I have never had in over 10 years.

The site is going down, I expect them to go bust.

So I can assume you are perfectly happy with the iStock 2 cent plan? And everyone has gotten over that? I mean talk about setting the bar low, 2 cents minimum, connect sales at two and three digit decimal cents, and then still being able to avoid the unending mob criticism that SS gets?

Part of this recent 123RF negativity, from me, was my error because of the issues zsooofija and others are having at Yay. I mixed the two together. 123RF is a little more stable and sometimes responds to questions, does eventually review photos, and pays even with some wacky accounting, and even if their website is flaky. They are far above some other bottom feeders that we should all avoid.

Good luck with 123RF I hope they stay in business and keep their communication lines open.
