My question is: By when does the code have to be redeemed? Do you know Matt?
The code I'm using now runs out in October 2021 so I wouldn't want to redeem it till then.

I have not been informed of the expiration date for the bonus codes yet. This information will be provided when you receive the code. If your current plan is the exact same as the plan offered in the bonus, you should be able redeem the code and have the time added to the end of your existing subscription.

As my subscription was running out last month I was totally disappointed with support and trying to come up with a reasonable solution to carry me over until  I get my new code in February. I'm over the 5k downloads and they couldn't help me other than to pay monthly at $32 when a yearly plan would cost less. Adobe dropped the ball on this one.

Thank you for the info Mat. Unfortunately I won't make the video download threshold for the whole package so I'll have to make some sort of adjustment.

I think there's very few who will! I won't, but I've made the threshold for the single program one, so I guess that'll be a present for someone as I need the full package.

For sure, it's an awkward bit of timing, but it's also hard to complain much about it. I'll be happy to stop paying the monthly fee if/when my new code arrives.

I'd agree. While the timing has changed, if this continues, anyone can just renew each year, after we get the code. Then this won't be happening again. I may wait until March just to make it less of a timing issue.
