Views number under the each image in portfolio (or search) is not refreshing since 5 days.

I wrote about it to support, and they answered:

I mean what is their purpose? It seems they are not aware of the problem at all.

I believe your supposed to use FT support for it's intended purpose: Supplying moral or psychological support  in times of need.
Or even for supplying you with money or other necessities when your experiencing hard times.

The fact you asked for aide for a trivial tidbit like views is almost obscene!

No I didnt. It is not only mine problem, it is on entire FT. If they are not aware of it, I dont care either.
