Hi, do someone else is having problem with video upload?
I can see in the FTP client that the file was succesfully uploaded but then, after hours, it doesn't shows in my "new" files section.

I have the same problem - uploaded 19 new videos via sFtp and 0/19 apperead in my "new" tab at the contributor site so far.
Will check this later again, maybe it takes a while...

Still 0 after 24h here

I waited for about 30 hours for my 19 uploaded videos to appear in the new tab.

Then I just uploaded those 19 clips again and they appeared immediately, but now the video files lost all the IPTC data - title, description and keywords are empty...

Having the same issue 24 hours later and still nothing showing.

Hi,
my uploads show after being loaded via sFtp, but the metadata are no longer read since a few days... But yet they are embedded as usual in my mp4 files.
Anyone has the same experience ?

I've been made aware that there was an issue with video uploads as is described in this thread. I'm told the issue has now been resolved. Please re-upload any videos that did not appear after your previous upload. Let me know if any issues persist. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

I Just uploaded a small .mp4 and .mov file, to see if it works again.

The files appeared in the new tab after about 2 minutes
-> .mov file has no title, my keywords are missing
-> .mp4 file has the correct title, my keywords are missing
(IPTC Metadata done with Adobe Bridge)

I will check this later again, to see if the keywords and the missing title are going to appear...

That sounds like something different entirely. I've never seen or heard of any delay in metadata being applied after upload. If the titles and keywords aren't there right away, it's very unlikely they will show up later. I recommend using CSV files for your video metadata if you are not interested in indexing directly in the contributor portal.

Something very wonky is going on with the metadata. I upload video and the keywords attached to the image are nothing in relation to my keywords. I double checked when I uploaded and they were fine, a few hours later totally different keywords and not even related to the subject.

The metadata did not show up and I have uploaded 1200+ videos during the last year all with the same method (Adobe Bridge for metadata) and they all worked fine.

I just uploaded those 2 testvideos again to see if it was a temporary problem with the metadata, but the metadata is still missing.
(I also double checked the files on my harddrive, if Adobe Bridge shows the metadata correctly - and it does)

File ID: 464232980 (mp4) - Metadata -> Title: is correctly display, Keywords: all missing
File ID: 464232935 (mov) - Metadata -> Title: missing, Keywords: missing

-> Both Files are a second time in my 'new' tab with correct Metadata - those files have been uploaded about a week ago (IDs: 463700214 (mp4), 463699799 (mov))

I will leave the files there for a while, maybe someone wants to take a closer look :-)
