we're not allowed to submit ai created content to shutterstock,, but how do they recognize that if i run the image through ps and embed my own metadata?.

will they detect it and,reject it? would it cause a ban?

Just don't do it, then you will not have to find out the hard way, whether they can detect it and what the consequences are, if they do.

Most of the time, they reject anything I created using DALL-E2, if that's any help.
