I recently uploaded several images of buildings in the city of Tokyo and I received several rejections for intellectual property. I don't understand if the images should be sent as editorials because in this specific case I had both the Tokyo Tower and the Tokyo International Forum as my subject. Both subjects are present in the Adobestock database with hundreds of images, both commercially and editorially licensed. Why can't I send images with subjects already for sale on Adobestock?

yes, try editorial.  i've had the same issue, many modern buildings have ip rights over their design but you can submit them if theyre within a skyline or not the main focus.  different agencies treat this differently but i've had this issue at adobe and illustrative editorial worked.

If it's a cityscape of a bunch of buildings, you are (usually) fine, but if it's just of one or two buildings, they have to be editorial. One catch is even if it's a cityscape, you have to Photoshop out any logos on the buildings unless you're going for editorial only.

I will try to send the images as editorial, they don't have any visible logo anyway. It makes no sense that the same images have been accepted as both editorial and commercial on Adobestock.
