What is a good number of images to submit to AS per day?

I saw someone say 10 the other day but would welcome a couple more opinions.

Thanks

Whatever number you want. Honestly, I stopped submitting anything mid 2023 due to ridiculous rejections, but now things seem to improve, so I started submitting again. I have around 3000 photos waiting to be submitted and I am aiming to do that within a couple of next weeks, working mostly on weekends, so probably 500 a day.

I haven't noticed any pattern when it comes to number of submissions and acceptance rate. It is Adobe, nowadays things tend to be just as random as they can get, don't try to find a logical rule in that mess.

I will answer your question with a similar question: How long is a piece of string?

There are too many variable to consider for a catch-all answer to exist. If all the images are part of the same series, you will be better off splitting the batch up and submitting in various intervals. If they are all unique and different, there is no harm is submitting all at once.

Use common sense (don't submit 10,000 at once for example) and you should be fine with whatever you choose. Trial and error will help you find the sweet spot that best works for you.

Good luck,

Mat Hayward

Between 200-300 a day to have a decent amount of earnings by the end of the month

Seems excessive. I struggle to see how you can effectively create quality content at that scale unless you have a large team. More is not more.

This contributer begs to differ. Other sand is available 🤣

Lowls, I can't quite understand where the criticism lies here.

Sure, it's all sand. Nevertheless, every picture is different with different nuances. Not the highest photographic art, but still legitimate and somehow usefull.

I agree.

Somebody is trying to corner the sand background market. :)

But they really are different, I think it is useful.

Would probably work best inside a gallery and then to have a portfolio with a larger variety of backgrounds, a grass collectio, wood, stone, skies, but everyone a good individual quality.

I try to upload at least 10 a day and if I am lucky I can process 30 files. But that's it.

If I could create 200 good files a day I would upload them.

Yes, Less is More.

I've always been unconvinced that just uploading high numbers of similar or sets, would make any difference in "decent earnings". And if the more is, more variety or different, high quality images, then more is "more". But I'm just saying, numbers alone, or portfolio size, isn't what creates income or more sales.
