There are a lot of different subtle options that affect the review times on adobe, here are my results:

- Submitting AI as Illustration: 1-3 days
- Submitting AI as Photo with recognizable faces: 2-3 weeks
- Submitting AI as Photo without people: 1-2 days

The other thing I already mentioned on this forum is the huge difference in Illustration and Photos, I (and some other users) see double (and more) sales for AI images submitted as Photos.

I'm sure there is more to this, rejections, profile age, profile size, etc...

I'm still waiting for more results on other options, but it's obvious that Adobe has really put in the work to make their review system efficient with a lot of variables

here are my results

ai illustration - 24hours, sometimes two hours

ai photo - 25 days or longer, no difference between with or without people

normal videos - 4 days

lately I am sometimes having a few files jump the queue and get accepted in 3 days. But the rest of the batch with similar content then sits there until it reaches 25 days.

all the content that came in faster was summer related. so maybe somebody is browsing the newest uploads and picking out what they like?

I wish the queue was 14 days max. a month is really long.

Ok, so today i had a few ai photo files accepted that I uploaded yesterday. And some other files also got accepted after 14 days.

All non people images.

Lots of other content still in the queue.

But if they now have a system where non people content can be moved faster that would be fantastic!!

Now it is getting really slow again.

Especially people seem to take ages. Maybe I should start doing winter people instead of summer people.

Yes, and the slow review time is very counter-productive....you want to try different ideas/concepts to see what works from a sales point of view. The fact that reviews take weeks really slows down that process.

i spend a lot of time doing research, trying to find missing content, but I need to get the files live to see if it will actually sell.

It could be that a genre is empty because these files get no sales.

i wish I could upload higher volume of files, but it is usually 10-15 files a day, sometimes even less than 10.

anyway, back to research.

they take illustrations and videos really quickly, so perhaps I should not be complaining so much.

File acceptance varies greatly lately: at times immediate acceptance within minutes as I upload, other times a week for illustrations. For photos from 5 days to a month + . I think they take faster images that Adobe needs and leave less desirable images in queue for longer. My acceptance rate is 100% since Holidays when Adobe use to decline the whole submission batch for no apparent reason. Glad that they fixed it.

I submit only 1-5 files per day, mostly illustrations since I like digital painting (and AI photography lately) My traditional travel photography doesn't sell much, like 5 sales per image per year. I do a lot of keywords research.
