I understand that they don't offer a lot of sales, but is anyone able to upload new images? I've tried both through the website and FTP, but no luck.

checked and working fine.

I just tried the webupload and submit, it worked for me.

The much bigger problem is the complete lack of a review.
I have now had 2,600 photos and AI images (approx. 50/50) in review for 5 months and nothing is happening at all.
I've written to support twice about this, the response time to review requests was around 2 months and then I received a pre-formulated standard response.

And to make matters worse, my sales have fallen by 75% since January... I think you can save yourself the trouble now.

I have a portfolio I think of a few thousand assets there (both video & pictures), and strangely enough don't really see any sales there (haven't the last couple years). Not sure what is going on there end, not sure if anyone is earning anything significantly there, but seems to be a bit of a waste of time...

I also had about 4k images and 1200 videos and got really no sales. I reached out to them to try to find out what was going on and their response was tantamount to if you don't like it we can close your account. So over a period of several weeks I deleted each asset myself then closed my account.  Since they were using our assets to train AI without even informing us, and I had really about $3 a month in sales, I ended my time there with a closing email filled with facts and fks. Made me feel better:)

I would like to correct myself, This is not working..

Some of the issues I have:
1. Slow close to 0 review time.
2. Low FTP folder limit like for 300 files.
3. Problems to import files, slow import timeframe or errors.
4. Problems to be processed the files or delays.

..but one positive change recently the servers works much fast for uploading after years of slow uploading.

In the beginning of AI images acceptance there was a very good sales score and before like 2-3 months ago it stopped sharply like for one night and it continue until now.

I had exactly the same experience - from September 23 to February 24, AI sales were really good and then stopped from one day to the next.

In my case, sales dropped from $60 a month to $10-12 from one day to the next.

Understated, but since so many people are still waiting for the Great Pumpkin, the Easter Bunny or trying to catch the Leprechaun for his pot of gold? They stay and wait and hope that 123 will some day change. The buy-out by some big company, is, maybe something? Maybe nothing?

I've gotten over hoping and wishing and working for places that just don't pay. The market has changed, the boom is over, now there will be more sorting out and more closures.

Looks like their review queue is full and then that stops processing FTP and uploading images to add to that.

Ive had hundreds stuck in review for months, now the overflow is still showing in the FTP directory, never get processed (stuck on 20% for weeks) and as a result thats full too so cant upload anything at all.

I don't understand how there are still people who waste their time uploading images and videos to agencies like this one.

And the great thing is - you don't have to understand that either ;-)

In my case, 123rf generated revenue on par with Shutter up to and including February 2024, which was probably due to the adoption of AI images.

Since the beginning of March, however, things have gone haywire, uploads have stopped and sales have fallen dramatically - another agency is doing away with itself.

Because it takes no extra time at all when images are already prepared for other agencies.  My script uploads it to them the same time as the others, i dont do any form of on-site editing of keywords, i just click process > select all > submit.
Takes maybe 30 seconds.  The earnings are small but its still a few free tens of dollars a month for 30 seconds work.

If they required any extra effort on top of that i wouldnt bother.  But for now its seconds at most.

That's not because 123 is so good, it's because SS has become so bad?   ;D

Hehe :-)

A bit of both - but since the AI images, 123rf had really made significant gains until February 2024, when it spontaneously plummeted.
Shutter naturally played its part in bringing the agencies closer together ;-)

123RF is dead. It's a zombie at this point. I'm earning about 1.5% of what I used to earn 4 years ago.

Since the recent Google algorithm update in September 2023, 123RF has lost 70% of their traffic.

Look at the right column and you will see it on the list. They're never going to recover, so it's time to give up on this website.

I'm not with that scumbag agency any longer so I don't recall exactly the process, but I had to request my payout.  I don't recall if you could set it to auto pay when it hit the $50 or if you are forced to ask for the money every payout.

Interesting - what specific agenda is she referring to those sites having lost so much traffic? (I'm sure there probably is one - google is known to steal other people's ideas and call them "new search features")...

isn't normal ?
83 sells for $5.93

Noedelhap

It annoys me that 123RF is constantly sending emails about their AI tools in an attempt to get traffic. If only they had spent more marketing efforts into selling our assets in the past couple of years... The things they're promoting now are totally contradicting contributors' interests. We are simply irrelevant to them. I think it's time to say goodbye to those ungrateful people.
