Hey! It seems that it is impossible to close your account on Dissolve. You can't do it by your own from your account setting or anywhere on their website. And you have to dig deep to understand that you need to contact support.

After writing three e-mails to their support for a period of two months, I still don't have feedback or any action at all. Seems very sketchy.

I've tried to forward the e-mails to other contacts I've found on their website. Still no response. I've tried to write a message on their Facebook page - nothing.

My videos are being held on purpose as hostages there. I don't get sales and I don't like the way they do business.


Help me with that, please!

I can't reach out to those guys at Dissolve! They are doing this intentionally, and I find it both illegal and offensive.

I once wanted to apply to them, but someone with a lot of industry experience warned me to never send content there.

Reading this I am glad I never did.

At this point, I think you will need to involve a lawyer.

And warn creators in all groups.
