I may well be behind the times here but only just noticed.

First the bad...

All assets now show "accepted" and it doesnt tell you if its datra licensing or not - you need to look in the data catalogue to see if its there

But...

You can now delete assets from the data catalogue via that page.  No longer do you need to opt in for a month, empty the catalogue and opt back out or whatever.

What is "that page"? My data catalogue still doesn't show me my assets there or doesn't let me delete them as long as I am opted out. And there is no way I am ever going to opt in for just a second, because that's all an AI needs to grab my files to train the Shutterstock AI.

And my normal catalogue does not show the images that were accepted for data licensing only. (You can only tell which images went to the normal catalogue and which went to data licensing only now by actually looking in your portfolio. The images that are missing there are the ones that went to data licensing only. And this has been going onf or months already. I contacted SS about it and they claimed it was a "glitch". Which obviously it wasn't, because it would have been fixed by now after months. They just don't want people to try to re-submit images or altered versions of it that didn't make it into the normal catalogue, so they are trying to "hide" that images were accepted for data licensing only.)

I just noticed, while in Shutterstock Home page, on a desktop computer, if you look at your "Pending Approval" photos it may say "pending Data Approval" or something to that effect.  You can select that photo and delete it before it goes into the Data Catalog.
