Just a guess but intake is done by AI software, before our photos get to a human review. Any way to appeal? I don't think so.

This will get rejected for "Quality" which doesn't tell us anything about the real reason why.  :(

Yes, that's the aurora from the CME hitting us last night.

Because AI is doing the review before anyone can get to see them.

Yes, it is always frustrating when you get a "quality" rejection with no explanation on what the actual issue is.

It's funny to look at rejection reasons on the AS site and see all kinds of them and reasons and why, but what do we actually get? Similar or Quality, with little that's helpful or useful. I went to the Discord channel and it's staffed by users, and I do see a moderator, but the repeating question about quality, doesn't seem to have a real answer.

I suspect that AI does the intake review and if it's rejected by that, no one ever see the submission file. Of course Adobe says, a human approves every file. It's a trick of working. Yes, a human approves every file, after AI checks file type, size, quality, inspects the horizontal, the histogram, contrast, rejects the submission or decides it's similar. Why not just admit that? Many years ago, SSTK said they had proprietary intake software. I'm sure that every agency does that, to some extent.
