Hello. Recently, my uploaded videos haven't been accepted after the review period.

The warning is as follows:

File Processing Error: There was a problem processing your file. Please select your file and resubmit.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

yes, i got the same problem. all the 100 videos uploaded were rejected for this problem. i tought it was because of the h.265 codec from my drone, and now i'm rendering it in h.264..

but looks like i'm not the only one

sadly the video upload limit is 100 files/week at shutter, so i could not upload anything last week

(the rejections happened 4-5 days ago)

Some of the other files I shot with the same device on the same day were accepted. There seems to be a different issue. In fact, review times have increased significantly. Things aren't getting any better.

Same problem here. Content is rejected few minutes after submitting: "File Processing Error: There was an issue with processing your file. Please check your file and resubmit.". Nothing changed in my workflow that used to work. Contacted support two weeks ago, but no response yet.

I do not see any problem, maybe slower upload but everything is normal and accepted so far with 3 uploads today.

Still the problem for me. Only accepting hd files and not 4k. H264, prores hq in 4k all gets rejected with file "processing error"

I just try upload 4K now it was working normal without any problem

Files shot with my phone and drone are fine. However, files shot with my Osmo Pocket 3 are being rejected. Interestingly, until very recently, files from the same device were accepted. I haven't changed any settings, but now they're being rejected. Today I changed the video compression option from H264 to HEVC, but it still didn't make a difference. Really strange things are happening.

And I suppose support can't tell you the specific reason, they are just rejected for a file processing error, which doesn't help you at all. Refused, before they make it to review.

Or are they rejected?

Your art isn't worth anything unless someone else believes it is.

support answer was that this is a system wide error affecting many contributors and they are working on it

I had a similar issue. Some files were accepted otthers rejected, even though nothing changed on my workflow. support later confirmed it was a system-wide issue on Shutterstock's side. Looks like we just have to wait until they fix it
