Hi

Having a very slow March - anyone else?

Thanks

Her Ugliness

"Slow" seems to be the new normal for me.

Stockhome Syndrome

Absolutely. SS is the worst.

mike123

Standard amount of sales on Adobe here.

DaLiu

Adobe normal, SS is picking up with good sales, almost made until today what I made whole month of February without the unlimited bonus.

angelacat

Slow across all sites for me just wondering if it's my portfolio / seasonal thing, not sure what sells in March it's not usually my best month.  Glad some are doing well.

Adobe Stock doing great, the rest generally (very) disappointing...

BTW Anyone else having problem with a "royalties" knob at istock? When I click it, nothing happens. Content statistics and other functions work fine.

Same for me.  Perhaps they're updating the dashboard with sales stats.

Same here, pretty slow, usually March is always good for me but this one is down a lot..
Maybe due to war tension?

Too much Drama is a risk, stay positive!
My sales are normal, even up at Shutterstock and Istock.

From my experience, March can be very inconsistent - I've had years where it was strong, and others where it suddenly dropped without any clear reason. Lately I also notice that results depend more on recent uploads and trends than the month itself. Some of my newer files still sell, while older ones slow down a lot. So for me it feels less seasonal and more about portfolio freshness + search changes.
Are you seeing drops across all file types or only certain niches?

A little drama keeps things interesting  ;)
But seriously, good to hear your sales are up - hope they keep trending upward. Good Wishes to you!

I'm selling some stuff that would normally sell for Halloween and a few of my best sellers.  I don't really have any niches I'm very random.

I've not uploaded for about 3 weeks - that might not be helping.  Should get back into it in a couple of weeks.

Had a great February so not too bad.

stocker2011

So far my worst earnings at SS since I registered in 2013 when my monthly average was $1000. As of today I have a grand total of around 5 whole dollars waiting for me, normally it's around $100.

istock is also around 60% below monthly average.

Adobe not too bad.

wds

Adobe last couple of days have been like weekend days.

Video sales on SS are mostly gone with the few here and there. I assume that the vast majority of the buyer now use the unlimited subscription. Who wouldn't?

Pacesetter

My Pond5 sales have picked back up in February and March but I notice there are a lot of views on Item and Artist pages that don't translate into sales. So this is there AI training stuff. We last had a dataset earnings in December so curious when the next dataset earnings payment will be. Anyone know?

danielvisuals

Sales have also picked up for me on pond5 but like you said there has been a huge number of views which are likely ai dataset training. I assume the yearly payment takes place in Q4.

Pacesetter

Sales have been really slow for me the past two weeks, including Adobe. I'm guessing uncertainty and therefore less spending due to events in Middle East and petrol / diesel prices + the lead up to Easter.

Anyone else noticing a slowdown of sales?

My sales on Adobe were pretty good. Around 10% more downloads than March 2025, while number of assets increased by 2%.

angelacat

Few end of month sales so March turned out ok.  Slightly up on last March.
