Inflated account as of this morning anyone?

Hello,

Just noticed that my StockXpert account is showing slightly more money this morning than yesterday. A bug or did somebody buy my entire port overnight?

I'm assuming it's just a dream ;) but did anyone experience something similar after this upgrade?

Same here.  It seems they have a few things to work out.

I have also noticed that all of my video clips are now AWOL.

Possibly they didn't substract last payment.

When I do the substraction to my account, the maths is OK.

do you see sales where from that surplus came in your "balance" sheet for today and yesterday or is it completely unjustified?

for instance, i didn't have any payments (new member) so my total is ok, but I also had two XL sales today for which all details are available.

No new sales but "Last payment" date is not really my last payment by the payment before that.

So if I substract my real last payment from "this cycle" earnings, the sum is OK

I guess the programmer responsible for Fotolia's V2 is now working at StockXpert.   ;D

It would be nice to have that balance, but mine is already good (StockXpert is my top seller this month).

I noticed the same thing, but in my case it is a huge difference.  Apparently I have over $13,000! 

For some reason they won't let me submit for a payout, though.  I am pi$$ed!  I want my 13 grand!  ;)

It is interesting that when any site make upgrade, they screw something up.

Why dont they test it on virtual server/network first.

I apparently have a balance of $2048.50 even though I haven't sold there since the end of August (when I deleted all my files, but not my account).

Lucky you guys,

Mine still says $0.00 same as it has since I uploaded 150 images two moths ago.  I don't think I fit into StockXpert's mold all that well.

Your footage should still be there.  It seems that if you try to get to your footage via the My Account -> My Footage link (on the left side of the My Account page), then nothing will appear.  But if you choose the My Footage link (on the right side of the My Account page), then your footage should appear.  So it appears that one of the links is broken.

But one thing that doesn't seem to working is the search for footage.  When you search for something, only a very small number of videos are returned.

Yes, you are right. So I guess they will fix it eventually.
