absolutvision.com  they buy images one time.  $5 each I believe.  I never went through with it - that $5 is all you will see, and they will continue selling them as long as the company exists.  It's quick easy money, but everyone I know that's done it regrets doing it later on.  They cherry pick the best of your portfolio, then pay you $5 each. 

4 cents ? why 4 cents ?  why not 3 cents or 5 cents.
Surely nobody would bother.
I know people do irrational  things out of greed (like those Nigerian scams etc.) but 4cents isn't much of a carrot.

But remember, he says he can possibly give you a better deal for higher quality images:

well, maybe it is like the nigerian scam, they want your account number, and whatever personal information you have to give them to sell your images.
i would worry if they do it like SS... ask for a copy of your driver's, or passport.
that could lead to some big time fraud.
