Recently I did a shoot and used my own x-ray as part of some props. Does anyone know if I need to upload a model release for my x-ray? Thanks in advance!

Canstock will ask for a release for Xrays.

The machine operator would I imagine own the copyright, as they are the photographer ..

Then the lab would be the copyright owner, as the operator is just an employee.  But the lab can't sell your images either, because it's your body so they need a model release.  And you can prove it's you in the x-rays even if taken on your back.  ;D

If I have a studio photographer take my photos (like a wannabe model ordering her portfolio), don't I own the rights because I hired them?

So it sounds like I should upload a model release just in case, but will a standard release work I wonder? Or maybe I should email the stock sites themselves and ask? It is just a pain when I belong to quite a few... :-\
