They are early images that haven't sold. I don't have a problem with them being deleted. But I have never wanted my images to go to the dollar bin. I was under the impression that we would be emailed when they went. I am certain I have gotten emails in the past. Am I remembering wrong?

You should see how tedious it is to deactivate them. If someone has knows a way to check a box next to them all and do a mass delete, I would be very happy!

edited: just did a search of the forums for "deactivating dollar bin files". You should see the stuff it returned. They may have improved the search engine for photos (important) but this needs help (not so important, I guess).

what is that dollar bin?

I only notice that istock will decide credits of vector based on 'complexity' so vector has different price.

I don't even know what the time is for the dollar bin. For some reason I am remembering 2 years?

How did you find your dollar bin files Cathy?  I don't even know if I have images in there, other than the ones I got notices about years ago.

Go to your Uploads Page, at the top change the "currently viewing" selection from Active/Pending files to Active Dollar files (in the drop down box)

Thanks for that.  Yes, there are files I didn't know had been added.  Not a big deal to me though.  Most of the stuff in there hasn't sold well anywhere.  But I still would like to be notified...  ???

Yes, that's how I found mine. I was browsing around and stumbled across that and thought I would take a look. I was really taken aback that they had added so many of mine without notifying me. I'm ok with taking them down, they were very early Cathy and not too good. But I never wanted them to go to the dollar bin and it disturbs me that they are now just dumping them in without even asking.
