I've got photos on thinkstock from my  "supposed to be closed account" at iStock. I can't pull them up with my user name or real name. The only way I can pull them up is by their item number on my "supposed to be closed account" on iStock. I can't log in at all.

They are all on Photos.com also...same story...can't log in

Do you have any way of contacting Contributor Relations and asking for a) an explanation, b) a payout c) your account to be closed, including PP images removed. If you have their numbers, give a list in your email.
It can take 2-3 days to get a reply, but ulitmately that might be your fastest route.

I agree with Liz, Istock customer service is the only option.

FWIW, I think this is why a lot of people kept their accounts active at Istock even after removing images, so they can get in and check their accounts, collect final payout, access customer service, etc.

I know that doesn't help you at this point, Donna, but hopefully a cautionary note to others who are leaving Istock.

Actually my account was left open, unknown to me. They changed my user name from donding to dondingClosed. I have over a $100.00 balance even. I didn't know until I found one of my images through tineye that my account was still open and that they had changed my user name. A lot of them they left deactivated. I haven't contacted them yet. Hopefully I'll have time later this week.

You can probably call them to fix this.
Lobo said "Under no circumstances" can a contributor phone CS. That was to a contributor/buyer who was concerned at the time about a buyer issue IIRC.
That facility was removed some time ago.

(However, another admin said people could phone if they had reason to suspect fraudulent sales specifically.)

We would encourage anyone who is seeing highly abnormal activity in their account to use the toll free number and alert the Client Relations team
