Wonder how I should use DM's keyword section.

When I am in the keyword page, the sub tabs including DL, Last DL, $, ... and so one, only shows 0, or 0.00%. I am sure it was my mistake.

What is the correct way to use the feature?

My second questions is, even though I was able to upload, DM show "Error:  could not log in to Account Management. Check your credential..." What does it mean? What am I supposed to do?

Thanks.

First of all, you should get rid of the "could not log into ..." error.
If not done already, download the latest version of DeepMeta (v3.7.9), which has a fix for this issue.

When in the new version, go to the "Upload" section in DeepMeta and click the "Sync" button. This will fetch all the royalty statements with your sales data (from Jan 2017 onwards).

If you still get the "could not log in" error, contact me at https://www.deepmeta.com/Contact

If ok, once finished, the "royalty statements" section should show about 10 to 15 entries and the stats in the Keyword section should be populated.

Franky, thanks!

I was using 3.7.7. Now I am downloading 3.7.9. Hope it works.

Hi Franky,

I have updated the software. The result is the same. There is no value in the columns.

Did the sync run ok?
Still authorization errors?
Any items in the Royalties section?

Hi Franky,

Thanks again for getting back to me. I should mention the login error has gone.

I am mostly interested in seeing how the keyword section works. Now you metioned sync, I am checking again. My last sale was on Dec 31, 2017. Does it mean that the sync is working?

The version is 3.7.9.

That sounds about right.

iStock/Getty creates "Royalty Statements" on the 20th of every month, covering sales of the month before.
(for subscription sales, it's a bit different, but still, that's the rough idea)

This means your last statement dates from Jan 20th, and covers up to Dec 31st.

On Feb 20th, or the day after, when you sync in DeepMeta, it will pull in the Royalty statement covering sales in January.
