I have an open ticket since Oct 24th. In December I opened a ticket about this delay, because more recent tickets had been answered. Today I received a msg from Scout asking me if the ticket number was correct (it was) because he could not see it and there was nothing else in queue.
Well, I can see it in my Open Ticket list, together with another unanswered ticket from Dec 12th. They're there, listed, unanswered. How come he can't see them?
He asked me to open the ticket again - and stay one-two months again in queue of course - no priviledge for their having a faulty system (*if* he can't really see those tickets).
