I have an open ticket since Oct 24th. In December I opened a ticket about this delay, because more recent tickets had been answered.  Today I received a msg from Scout asking me if the ticket number was correct (it was) because he could not see it and there was nothing else in queue.

Well, I can see it in my Open Ticket list, together with another unanswered ticket from Dec 12th.  They're there, listed, unanswered.  How come he can't see them?

He asked me to open the ticket again - and stay one-two months again in queue of course - no priviledge for their having a faulty system (*if* he can't really see those tickets).

Tell me about support service...

Mine was about my new lightboxes who was not showing in the newest section after making them public. It taken a week to answer whit a "do you still have this problem right now".

I replied that I couldn't make other lightbox, because I'm frighten that they don't appears in the newest section again and now I'm still waiting 5 days later for another short reply and then it goes...

Yeah, their support is pretty deplorable.  I've got one image that has been waiting in the Executive Queue since October 15th and another since November 19th.  I guess I need to give up and submit them again else I'll grow old waiting on them to be reviewed.

You can forget about IS support... I had someone ripoff a couple of my images and they did nothing...
