Now there are some "subscription credits" showing for the 1st and 2nd, but no TS beyond the 16th.

Anyone have any tips for using DeepMeta to display simple daily/ monthly sales stats, similar to those the IS site is supposed to display? I have finally gotten annoyed enough waiting for the site to load to give it a try (as much as I resent having to spend any more time working out stuff for IS)

Any help would be much appreciated, as I am not finding the interface intuitive at all!

Just a few subs so far, making it glaringly obvious how much they're undercutting earnings.

All grey no green so far, up to first ten days, load speeds seems to have actually picked up enough for me to get the stats displayed!

3 subs for December here too so far.
PP is extremely low.
DLs total so far this year would have been very bad for one day before the changes.

Unless it picks up a great deal, this January is looking pretty bleak as far as $$ actually paid in the month are concerned.

Let's face it they've effed if up again - there is no earthly way that virtually nobody had TS sales in December.  It almost seems like they have monkeys manually keying in the sales from paper transcripts the way it NEVER behaves the same way one month to the next.

According to Lobo: "Processing will continue over the weekend through to early next week. It's a little slower this month due to some changes we've made on the back end. So stay patient folks."

Remember when they didn't start until the 15th or 20th - or later?

I have a feeling that you'll see more TS sales and others coming in, before this is over. Last month GI DLs were first, then TS came in and subs later. This time I have zero GI DLs, not one TS reported, subs started recording for the 15th, and last night, some from the 1st and 2nd showed...

This processing is not sequential or logical, I'll give you that as the one part I know for sure.  8)

Same here!

Same.  On a related note, I wonder if/when Getty will dissolve Thinkstock when their IS sub program is such that TS becomes redundant and too costly to run given the IS sub program.

They won't because they have wholly owned collections in TS. They seem to be applying the idea that the more brand names you give your cornflakes, the larger the share of the market they will take.

For the last 24 hours it looks like they are loading the iStock subs reports now, gray bars are filling up to the Christmas days now. PP reports only seem to go half the month so far, I expect the rest of the month to follow after subs are finished.

It never went straight from 1 to 31, it never was done within a few days, and it is still sooner than it ever was until about 6 months ago. So I don't see a point in making a judgment right now.

I'm more interested in whether people are getting regular credit sales at anything like 'normal for this time of year' levels.

I don't really know what "normal" is with subs in place. Suffice to say that credit sales are down, and seem to have been replaced by subs sales. The subs sales make about 25% of the money that credit sales do. Subs sales look about equal in number to credit sales for November.

Sorry, what I meant, but said clumsily, was: 'are people's iS credit sales for January anything like what they were for previous years?'
Mine are not.
I have exactly four credit sales in January - which would have been a poor weekday before, even in early Jan. So the fact that my Dec subs are above any other month only shows that subs have undercut our regular sales - my Dec $$ total, including subs, is still miles below any other Dec since 2007. No surprise there.

Same here. Basically averaging one a day so far this year, which would, as in your case, have been a bad single day at one time.
Having said that I know that January is always slow to start for me. I didn't expect much in the New Year week, or to be honest this last week. Little consolation knowing that it's not just us.
As we always knew, it's no use to contributors replacing credit sales one for one with sub sales. So far I'm not seeing much evidence of anything much happening apart from that. Subs need much more volume, which doesn't appear to be there.
Slightly OT, I can no longer see the point in RCs. Certainly there is no chance of me getting any higher rate, and although I was well towards the next level I can see this year being bad enough to technically drop me a level, even if they carry the rates over again.

Absolutely a great point. With dual subs and a greatly declining credit sale base, we are almost guaranteed to hit lower and lower RC's thus letting IS/Getty continue to money grab. This is a big deal and if they don't correct that then we can simply add another nail in the microstock coffin.

It looks like the subs reports are finished now, as I can see sales from the 1st to the 31st and the total amount corresponds with my expectations. Haven't seen any new downloads added for the last 8 hours either.

And it appears that they did not queue the rest of the PP downloads as it does not make any progress anymore. So I guess we will have to wait until tomorrow business hours in Calgary to get the rest of the stats loading.

In fact, I had sales trickling in randomly from all dates (1st - 31st) since late Thursday. It's a real mystery why they don't come in in date order, but there we have it - they never do things simply.

My credit sales have been a disaster in January. I've had a few days with zero credit downloads which hasn't happened since 2008, even on weekends. And this far I've gotten 23 credit downloads totally in January. Last year I had 150 downloads during the same period (January 1st to 12th) and the same period in 2013 a had about 250. So iStock is going down the drain for me.

Always December is a very low month for me.  It starts out normal, but from about the 23rd to the second week of January is dead.

I don't know why it would surprise anyone that December - one of the lowest months of the year - would be lower than November, which is normally one of the highest.

I notice this trend on all sites, although more noticeable on Istock because sales are so pityful there.
