While my earnings were a tad over double the earnings in April, and over 12x that of May 2021, the downloads report suggested it would of been much more. Even so, May 2022 is my 4th best earnings overall on iStock.

I am down to only 50% of what I earned in April, but my port is relatively small, so no big conclusions in here. My RPD for May is 0.45 which is not high, but still significantly higher than the really disastrous RPD at SS.

WMY and 2nd worst month since July 2007. (Only last June was worse)
Horrendous rpd: 87c
...and actually only 10% better than Alamy (average is c2.5x Alamy).
Compared to April: -59%;  compared to May 2021: -60%

Surprised. 90% up on last may and 11% up on last month. Making progress with them at last. Which means it will change next month!

Yeah, we win and lose. The part that got me was reading the sales total and then the commission which is only 15%, One big license made May better than usual. Actually that made May, more like things used to be?

Bottle of scotch payment from IS arrived in March. I bought some Glenlivet Enigma $99 cask strength. It was a special release and I see it on the web now for $136 and up for the regular 42%. The usual, if you can't get it, then people want it = price goes up. Originally Enigma didn't get great reviews, and for the price? I might open it one of these nights.

Last bottle of cask strength 60% went for $150.

Thank You Getty

Low sales volume for me too, but the average RPI remarkably higher than SS, even with some 3 and 4 cent sales.

Not as good as the recent months, but the best May since 2017:

I look at Regular sales only and try not to notice those Connect aberrations. For many months IS has been around 50 RPD, but not many of those. Alamy still beats IS on RPD and total sales. That's how sad it is.

Well if most of us had a low sales volume this month, it could explain why the statements are out so many days before "20". Just saying... - there wasnt so much to calculate?

They usually come out the Friday before the 20th, if it's only a few days earlier.
From what I've seen here and elsewhere, just about all the reports are either of very good months or very poor months.
Maybe people don't report if they're "about normal".

April $160 and May $80.....I don't think you can compare months as buyers are not looking for the same type or number of images each month

Strange to see how months fluctuate, and how agencies fluctuate over several months, isn't it?

Last year, I had a great year with Shutterstock (while many others really complained). They accounted for nearly 50% of my microstock income.
iStock/Getty and Adobe were just normal at best for me. But Shutterstock compensated for the missing highlights on the other two.

This year is another story. Shutterstock is struggling for me (endless series of 10 cent sales which don't add up).
While it is still my best selling agency, both in terms of downloads as earnings, iStock/getty  is coming really close because sales there in 2022 really picked up for me.
Also Adobe did pretty good in the first half year.
I never would have thought iStock/Getty to be competing with Shutterstock or Adobe Stock in terms of earnings.
And yet, they do. At least for me, and in 2022.

Coming back to this topic: May was my second best ever month at iStock/Getty in terms of earnings (download volume was pretty high too for me)
They still seem to manage to sell at bigger commissions. 200$ or more. Even at 15% commission, these are nice sales to get.
I don't see that at Adobe, and also at Shutterstock, those SOD's are becoming very scarce.

Lesson learned for me: don't put your eggs in one basket, as the performance of agencies can fluctuate.
And... hate to say it, but don't drop the big three.
Two of them are a pain in the *ss to deal with in terms of contributor treatment, but they still make up a very fair percentage of my microstock income.

Similar for me but the other way around. It seems that once a year I get double what the other 11 months gets me.  I usually get around $240 a month from IS and this period was $460. I expect next month to drop back down.

Why they are not visible in deepmeta?

Sync is no longer available within DeepMeta, you have to download files from ESP and import from the "Statements" page.

From my experience no I didn't have to change anything. Why did you go to that page? If to check, which is why I have, then it's just showing what your settings are.

Replacing with the same is unnecessary. I haven't re-entered and I haven't had any payment problems.
