Does this happen on other sites? New files are not showing up in portfolios or search on istock at the moment. Apparently it's a hardware problem - not the first. I'm trying to get back into it and files approved days ago have vanished into limbo. I'm wondering if it might be worth the trouble to upload to multiple sites after all.

Some of my most recent batch is showing & a few are not. 
Strange.
I wonder if IS is offshoring their IT support? I certainly hope not.
That has a tendency to slow down response time.

Yes, it happens on all sites at times
I think it's mainly a sync delay between central database and servers
I'd wait a day or two before starting worrying

Files approved a week ago are still not showing. Are you sure other sites are the same?
