Got this from IS today:
Dear Maria Adelaide,
You submitted: 2 files that could not be properly processed. They are:
ID: 4334742, Title: 'White rose on gold satin'
ID: 4334794, Title: 'White rose on gold satin'
We ask you to please re-upload the files for reprocessing.
Thank you,
iStockphoto
Having to upload and go through the painful edition process again? The images show normally on my queue.
And the sender address is not usable (do_not_reply@istockphoto.com)
Regards,
Adelaide

I had the exact same thing the other week, it looked fine on the edit page though.
Not a lot you can do about it I suppose.

Got one today also.

Yep, me too.

ditto. And got the previous batch all rejected for strange 'artifacts'. They were mostly accepted by others.
Quite strange. :P
-
got one yesterday. The one that couldn't be "properly processed" had been in the queue since 9/24
-
Got one Too!!
-
I sent them an email (support@, I think) asking if there was another way to overcome this problem. I haven't heard from them yet.
Regards,
Adelaide

As I haven't received a reply from IS (surprise!!!), I have reuploaded the files.
Now, how do I delete the two older images in queue?
Regards,
Adelaide
