Somewhere I read that we would be paid on the 25th of every month and if that was on a weekend then then payment would be the Friday before. I have not been paid and I have not found any notice that payment will be late. Should I be worried my payment got lost the way my  ESP notice did? Have most other contributors received their Paypal payments?

Yes, payment actually came through on Thursday, though there are some ESP issues which mean we should be getting an extra bump.

Thanks. I see now I didn't make the minimum required for payment. Which never happened before. But maybe if there is an adjustment I will hit the mark and get paid.

At one time, didn't they say that what you get paid for the past month could change and they'd take it back or take it out of the next months earnings?

I'm curious since I just got paid.  Is this my money, or do I have to worry about a claw back later on?

Ouch, you got paid late.
They could claw it back if they made a mistake; didn't they famously make a clawback on a mistake in the PP a few years back?
This is supposed to be our payment, and we may be due a bit more when they recalculate.
Who knows anything? Not us, not them.

Thanks for the explanation,  Sue.  Sounds like I can count on keeping this payment then, barring unforseen effups.

The upcoming bump, is that just for exclusives or possible for indies too?  I did read both emails, but they were confusing as he11.

Even back in the day they could never write anything clearly. Even their contract is ambiguous in places, and of course they always insist that they use any interpretation which is to their advantage. I often suggested that they should use Plain English, as is we native speakers struggle, how must non-Latin English speakers fare? However, they consistently failed to do it, so the obfuscation must be deliberate.
As for your question, I know that many exclusive subs sales were paid at less than the guaranteed minimum (I had some as low as 15c) and they say they're going to recalculate that. I honestly can't remember if that also applies to indies, but you can probably check that in your own statement  (unless you don't have access to it.) The thread about all the problems with the statements had reached 695 posts when I came to bed last night. Why is that not a surprise?

I don't think they said anything about a bump for indies...but who knows what the next installment will be
