Hello
I noticed that I forgot to providing my TIN Number in the tax form .
Can I still listed on tax form ?
How much will withholding rate 30% decrease if I listed my TIN number ? (I'm Non-US Persons)
And the last question is is there is some one here in this Forum live in Morocco ?
Thank you.

It should be zero, so you will only have to pay taxes in Morocco, since the USA and Morocco have a double taxation avoidance treaty.

I don't think it should be zero .. in other platforms like Shutterstock or creative market I pay 10% tax

Here's the USA-Morocco tax treaty:

https://www.irs.gov/businesses/international-businesses/morocco-tax-treaty-documents

See Article 12:

"(2) The rate of tax imposed by a Contracting State on royalties derived from sources within that Contracting State by a resident of the other Contracting State shall not exceed ten percent."

You're right, it's 10%

My bad, I didn't read the whole text properly.

You should only pay the difference between Moroccan tax and 10% in Morocco.
