I believe from what deep meta are saying the historic info will be available on the old version of DM but not Istocks new omnishambles site

My e-mail worked as a username with the istock password. Of course there was nothing to see once I got in.

I never got an e-mail about it.

No financial information, of course. I did see a FAQ page half-full of computer-code gibberish and a "contact us" link that redirected to an insecure page.

Same here, waiting for the email. Nice looking dumc, I hope it works as good as the screen capture looks.

I've gotten no relevant communications on this, not sure what to do.  If I don't "sign up" by the "deadline," are all of my images going to disappear?  What will happen?

No email for me yet. No ESP. I can't log in to Deep Meta. I am exclusive and they said all exclusives should have got one. I put in a support ticket yesterday morning.  I guess there is really nothing to see anyway.

It means there will be nothing there until at least Feb 20th as we were told in Nov.
If you can get into the forum, which you probably can since you're in ESP, check out the new top sticky (started 7th Feb) in the iS/Getty Help forum (Using ESP - Support Thread), particularly the OP of that thread.
Also another 3 ESP threads immediately below that one for other info.

Whether they'll actually manage to get the correct info there on Feb 20th is anyone's guess.  ::)

We were accepted as an iStock contributor in December 2016, we logged in and started to create our profile.

We had some other projects going on, and needed to come back to complete our "tax interview" within our iStock Contributor Account.

Logged back in in Late January - and was redirected to the ESP.GettyImages.com site

Our iStock contributor user id and password, worked (had to do a password reset) for access to esp.gettyimages.com

However we are thrown the following error:

Your account is not currently set up for ESP access.

Please contact us if you believe this is in error.
----------------------------------------------------------

We did get "one" reply from our attempts to reach out - but have since gone past all the deadlines when we "should" have had our account migrated.

So we are pleased to find this thread as, we cannot get access to the contributor forums without access to ESP ;)

Anyone else getting the same error as we are?

By the way, all my followup emails have not been replied to.

I have received nothing and attempted to contact through iStock, because, while the instructions state if you have questions to access through ESP - I CAN'T BECAUSE I DON"T HAVE A LOGIN!!!!

I am just glad I found this forum, at first - I was looking for the "Contributor" forum, which is hidden behind the ESP portal which I have no access too, so that did not do me any good - hehe

Looks like these forums are better anyway.
