If you haven't stopped by LuckyOliver today, DO.  They have recognized Leaf for Photo of the Moment.  For some reason I happened upon his new uploads on Dreamstime last week and I was literally blown away by his rock climbing series.  Very exceptional work and everyone should check it out.

I am very thrilled for you that LO has also recognized your efforts Tyler (who is Doug, by the way?).  This is a series of photos that could easily catapult your extreme sports photography career into superstardom.

Congrats Leaf!

The rock climbing shot is awesome, you must have been in a helicopter for that shot, I wish I had a location shoot budget the same as yours ;-)

My location budget usually only stretches to a Starbucks!

Also, love the dog in a pitcher/can series in your port, that cracked me up!

Congratulations Tyler, very nice series!
I also read the explanation you gave in the comment section, quite an amazing achievement to have taken these pictures while hanging yourself on a rope with all your equipment!  not only you need a good backpack, but dexterity too!

yep as berryspun said, it was just a climbing rope and harness to be me up there on another rock face :)

thanks for your comments and congrats everyone.  It was a great surprise to see that I got image of the week.

who is doug??? ha ha.. good question :)
I also do regular portrait and wedding photography and thought that if someone is paying several hundred or thousands of $$ for a wedding shoot or portrait they might get confused why I need to charge so much when I am selling images for $1.00 on the net.  If you did a search for my name, both links to my portrait / wedding photography site would come up as well as microstock results.   Doug is my middle name so I thought i would stick that on the stock sites.

Nice work...

I'm picking you didn't have to use a harness for the ladybug on an egg shot that shows up as part of the series when you click on the 'whole series' link.. :-).
