What is going on with updates? I can't fetch anything after last changes on IS.

Just released update for latest changes on iStock website in version 1.7.9.
Since latest update there is no way to see when subscription downloads actually happened. Only the totals for each file. Microstock Analytics will evenly distribute subscription downloads. This means that revenue per month can be slightly off. But total revenues should match.

It is working now, but there are mismatch in daily and monthly summary. For September I have more than $200 difference between IS stats and MA stats. There is more money according to MA stats.

When MA will be able to count GI sales?

Andrey? There is more difference every day. Where is the mistake MA or IS?

Most probably it is coming from subscription sales. Since I don't have info when exactly file was sold there can be quite significant difference in subscribtion royalties. Let's say you have file with 120 subscribtion sales which is one year old. MA will add 10 sales per month because it can fetch only total amount from iStock. But maybe in some month it sold 20 times. There is no place where i can see this info.

Do you have any reports from version 1.7.9?

Right now all sales from IS are displayed together. But I want to make Revenue Split mode for graph on the bottom of the screen that will display that.

Huh, I don't think that they are coming from subscriptions. Everything was fine until last changes from 4th September. After that there is almost every day $20 to $50 more on MA reports.

Yes I have reports after fetching stats and I will send it to you in the next 15 minutes.

Does this add 20-50$ to some specific day or it's spread across different months? If you update second time right after you updated once, does it add this amount as well?

It is added across the entire month after the changes in September. Every day I have more money in MA. Lower amount during weekend. Same numbers appears after every update.  Those differences are present only in September, just to be clear. Same case with downloads, there are more dls in MA. Looks like IS is not showing something that MA see. I am starting with you because maybe there is some bug on your side but it is very likely that IS have some bug too.

I always have to wait a few days to get my answer, why is that? Is there any faster way of communication with you?

What happened to this project, are there new updates, change log etc.? Loved using it...

Thanks for your reply Andrey. I had no idea, as I'm not using it currently, and there are no updates to the thread. Nice to know it still works normally, will renew my license.

Can't update Shutterstock in Microstock Analytics anymore. The program can't load the Captcha.  Anyone else got the same problem?

Yes, I have the Unlimited license and get all the updates.

If only they added Bigstock, too! This year, it has become my 3rd earner, after Shutterstock and Fotolia. So their data would be very important to analyse, but I can't! 

Bigstock will be next supported agency. But I don't have time estimate at the moment. There is always work to support 6 agecines which delays addition of new ones.

I need to change the login name of one of the agency's but the field isn't editable. Any sollution?
